In short

Stilla is built privacy-by-design. Your tinnitus profile, your diary and your progress are stored exclusively locally on your device (Apple SwiftData). We do not transmit this health data to our servers, do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

What data is processed

• Locally on the device: measured tinnitus frequency, ear and sound settings, diary entries (loudness, distress, sleep, stress, triggers, notes), session and program progress. This data does not leave your device through us.
• Purchases: subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We receive no payment data from Apple, only the anonymous entitlement status (Pro active yes/no).
• Optional diagnostics: if you allow it in iOS settings, Apple receives anonymised crash reports. These contain no health data.

No ads, no tracking

Stilla contains no advertising SDK and no cross-app user tracking. Health data is — in line with Apple App Store guideline 5.1.3 — never used for marketing or data mining.

Storage & deletion

Since everything is stored locally, you can irreversibly delete all data at any time in Settings under “Reset all data”. Deleting the app also removes all local data.

Your rights (GDPR)

Since we store no personal health data on our servers, there is nothing for us to disclose or delete in that regard — control lies entirely with you on your device. For questions, reach us at hallo@stilla.pro.
