1. Health notice (important)

Stilla is a wellness and relaxation app and not a medical device. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition — including tinnitus or hearing loss. The content does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult a qualified professional about tinnitus and never postpone a medical evaluation because of something you experience in this app. Seek medical advice before use if your tinnitus is one-sided, pulses in time with your heartbeat, appeared suddenly or is accompanied by hearing loss, is accompanied by dizziness or neurological symptoms, occurred after a head injury, or distresses you severely. In the US: this app has not been evaluated by the FDA.

2. Safe listening

Use headphones at a low volume. The WHO recommends keeping headphone listening below the equivalent of 80 dB over 40 hours per week. The app cannot measure the actual sound level at your ear. If a sound becomes uncomfortable, turn it down or pause.

3. Subscriptions & purchases (Stilla Pro)

• Stilla Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time “Lifetime” purchase. Prices are shown in the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Management and cancellation happen in your App Store settings.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account. Apple's terms apply in addition.

4. Free features

Pitch matching, basic sounds (white, pink, brown noise), the diary, the breathing exercise and the first program week are free to use and stay that way. Features you have already acquired will not be taken away from you afterwards.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the app (texts, sounds, program, design) is protected by copyright and intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions you make based on the app. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
